I am a self-employed HR Coach and Trainer, with over 15 years' experience of working in industry, from SMEs to large public organisations. I have experience of creating HR functions from scratch and my areas of expertise are - coaching managers, implementing appraisal systems, facilitating training workshops, interviewing and redundancy support. I am an Accredited Coach and trained to administer and feedback results on SHL aptitude and psychometric tests. I am able to work remotely, as well as face-to-face and experienced in using webinars/Skype/Zoom to provide training and coaching.
