I have gained over 20 years’ office experience, 10 years working as an Office Manager/Secretary/PA at Director level.
I am well versed in all aspects of office administration ranging from reception, secretarial and office management. I have successfully undertaken tasks and responsibilities, which include audio and copy typing (50wpm) of general correspondence, letters/memos/invoices/minutes and lengthy reports.
I have experience of diary management, management of social media and websites, arranging meetings and booking travel and hotel accommodation. I am efficient and reliable with excellent organisational, good inter-personal and communication skills.
I can also work on-site as admin support and cover reception.
