I help them to grasp their goals and reach their true potential. I am a Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Consultant I have spent 20 years employed in businesses. And more than half my career as leader of my own business RCL. I have qualifications in Engineering, and MBA and in with the ILM & UWE in Executive Coaching and Mentoring I’m based in the UK and have clients across the Country and some overseas.
