Four free workouts for Charities

Here are the four workouts we ran in December.

For those of you who joined us throughout - congratulations! This is a chance for you to relive the experience.

And for those that didn't, there's still time to give it a go.

Workout 1 - Circuits and balance (31.41)

An all over body workout with a focus on balance and cardio.

Workout 2 - Circuits and balance (28.41)

More circuits and more balance!

Workout 3 - Tabata (21.31)

The highest of high intensity interval training formats – though you can go at your own pace. Leave your brain behind and marvel at how quickly the time passes and how much you get done.

Workout 4 - the Chipper (28.21)

A dancey warm up followed by three circuits with time chipping away as you go.
