Posted by Laura on 28/11/2024

Volunteers can be a fantastic source of time, skills, expertise, and passion for small charities. Over 90% of charities in the UK are run solely by volunteers, but attracting new people and finding the resources to support them well can be a challenge on a limited budget.

This session gives a short, sharp overview of how to find great volunteers to support your organisation and help them feel motivated and valued. It covers top tips and ideas for getting the basics right from the start to build a brilliant and happy volunteer team.
