I am a recently retired woman, who has over 25 years experience of working in the voluntary sector, seven as the Chief Executive of an organisation working with older people. I would like to use my skills, expertise and experience to assist other organisations. My specific skills are fundraising both in tenders and grants, personnel management - I have managed a team of 23 staff and directly managed 7 senior staff, recruitment and staff training.
