In addition, I have freelanced for many charities, ranging from large multi-site operations to small not-for-profits employing 2 or 3 people, and my successful HR business has grown entirely by word-of-mouth referral. I love adding value to organisations and really enjoy knotty employment law problems. I’ve got a Masters in HR with Distinction and am a Fellow of the CIPD but, more to the point, I’m good at what I do.

Ann Marie updated and rewrote a number of forms for us. It was a really simple process, where I just sent her a folder of files, and a list of what was I was trying to achieve and after a brief conversation on the phone, she completed the work and sent it back to me with an additional template she thought would be helpful for our organisation. I'm very happy with the outcome and support received, the only point for improvement I could identify is that it took a couple of weeks to complete the work and this would have been easier for me to manage if I'd been made aware in advance.
