“I worked closely with Amanda for a number of years while she was COO of Fitted for Work, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her role spanned the full breadth of our operations, including fundraising, grant writing, HR, and most importantly our client services. Amanda brings great maturity and sound judgement to her decision-making, and she is consistently thoughtful, practical, and easy to work with. She has a natural ability to manage people well, handling staff matters with clarity, fairness and genuine kindness. Amanda also brings creativity to every task she undertakes, often finding fresh and effective solutions to complex challenges. I had complete confidence in her ability to step into my role at a moment’s notice, and she represented the organisation with integrity and professionalism at all times. She will be an enormous asset to any CEO she works alongside.”
