“To celebrate the 10 Year Anniversary of The Castle Leisure Centre in Elephant and Castle, London, SE1, we at Southwark Council wanted to do something a little different from the usual sales promotion. We wanted to wider our appeal to the local community while still increasing revenue.Andy used a limited budget to outreach to local communities who weren't regular users of the leisure centre. Working alongside our existing creative agency, Andy produced a fabulous 'Community Festival' including art, sports, dance, and educational events from diverse local communities including the Latin community, southeast Asian community, Afro-Caribbean community and more. It was a joyful and vibrant celebration of Elephant and Castle's culture and diversity! Great fun... and, importantly, it generated 500 new memberships with a return on investment of six figures! ”
