“I’ve worked with Hayley for the last two years, and during that time she has become someone I trust enormously. Her mentoring has supported me across pretty much every aspect of running and developing YouthTV — from strategy, funding and organisational decisions to leadership, confidence and dealing with the challenges that come with trying to build something. What I value most about Hayley is that she doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. She asks the difficult questions, challenges your thinking and helps you see situations differently, but in a way that makes you feel supported.”
