“I work closely with Luis on a wide range of social and digital design work at LHH, from social media visual guidance and employee advocacy creative to projects supporting global and local teams.Luis is a strong creative partner who can take a brief, ask thoughtful questions and translate what we are trying to achieve into beautiful and effective design deliverables. He brings a great eye for visual detail, is always open to feedback and iteration, and readily shares his design expertise to make the work better. What I especially appreciate is his curiosity. Luis genuinely wants to understand how social platforms, formats and user behaviors are changing, and he regularly asks questions, explores updates on his own and uses what he learns to inform his design approach.Luis is thoughtful, inquisitive, dependable and collaborative. His creative skill, curiosity and willingness to keep learning make him a valuable partner, and I would jump at the opportunity to collaborate with him on any project.”
