“I worked with Madeleine at Bradford City of Film. Cape UK were one of our partners and Madeleine’s role in helping to develop the ‘learn’ strand of our work was key. I found it incredibly easy to work with Madeleine. Once on board she was committed and put her time and effort where her mouth was. She wasn’t just someone who would turn up to meetings and that was all, she made sure that Cape UK could help and support the initiative to our mutual benefit. Her ideas were creative, interesting, practical and always brilliant! She looked for solutions beyond an initial problem or challenge and was inventive about how we might define and achieve shared goals.
