He settled in quickly, demonstrating a good understanding of the brief, effective internal comms with colleagues in order to extract key information needed, strong organisation skills and the ability to get on with writing important bids and reports while we recruited permanently. He secured important income from supporters such as The Hodge Foundation and helped to create key assets, including a number of case for support templates. He was also able to share his insight and expertise of the sector and a range of funders, to help position bids or with planning future applications.
