Began career as HR Manager in charity/voluntary sector before leading university recruitment for National Audit Office. Led recruitment functions at Watson Wyatt, investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and KPMG. In 2004 joined JP Morgan running campus & experienced hire resourcing / development for Private Bank & Investment Management functions in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Focussed on resourcing, development and mobility for early careers and experienced hires at BNP Paribas. Also involved with global talent management and wider HR projects for the bank. Most recently digitalisation of HR in respect of recruitment and development.
