I can do this because ...I have a positive outlook and can see the fun in many situations. It is easy for some people to be critical and to find fault with even the most well run and luxurious business, 'This champagne could do with being half a degree warmer.' Being overly critical misses the point, some of my best experiences have been in situations which were neither expensive nor exclusive but had a memorable element of service In the past few years I have dined at the Shard and had fish and chips at the seaside, both were unique and memorable in their own way. Also, as a Mystery shopper I question whether it is my role to make the owner have a bad day when they read about my experience, or to get an employee into a disciplinary - we all have bad days and sometimes feedback can be presented in a way that can encourage improvements, without it being a kick in the backside for the recipient.
