Task board

Painting a rusted metal gate to a front path. The task would be washing it down, using a wire brush and scraper to get rid of flaking, going over with wire wool to create smooth surface, wiping over with white spirit, painting two layers of primer before doing final coat of paint. This is probably best done in two/three stages. Preparation, underpainting, top coat as the paint will need time to dry. Although previous experience is obviously helpful and someone who might already have brushes and scrapers etc. would be useful I don't see why it couldn't be done by a practical person with patience and I could provide materials.

My son is obsessed with keys and has managed to loose the key to an antique cabinet (as well as several other things!). The lock measures 1.5cm and is the shape of a traditional keyhole. The locksmiths won't touch it as they say the only way is to cut it out or find a match perhaps via an antique dealer or someone with a similar sized key. Any thoughts gratefully received!

We have so much that we want to tweet and so little time to do it in. And so we are looking for somebody who can compose compelling tweets and build the number of twitter followers we have. Initially we would like ten hours but it could be extended depending how it goes. We will pay up to £20 per hour. Location is unimportant.

We want somebody with Facebook experience to set up the. Blume facebook page and run a small advertising campaign. We estimate six hours at £35 per hour but are open to other offers. Location is unimportant.
