Service Agreement and Non Disclosure Agreement Templates for Charities and Freelancers

You asked, we listened! Blume has developed Freelancer Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) templates for Blumers and small charities.

We've worked with professionals to create templates for you to use. The ready-to-edit documents are designed to provide a foundation for professional relationships between Blumers and charities from the outset. Whether you're a charity engaging your first Blumer or a Blumer starting work with a new organisation, having access to simple-to-use documentation can help you to save time, prevent misunderstandings and establish professional boundaries.

Should I always ask a freelancer to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

No, it is not essential to always ask a Blumer to sign an NDA. Here are some scenarios where it may be useful:

Beneficiary information: When a freelance case worker, researcher, or communications professional has access to personal stories, medical details, or identifying information about the people your charity supports.

Donor data: If a freelance fundraiser, database administrator, or marketing consultant needs access to donor lists, giving histories, or contact details of supporters.

Strategic planning: When bringing in a freelance consultant to help with merger discussions, funding applications, or long-term strategic plans that aren't yet public.

Financial information: If a freelance accountant, bookkeeper, or financial advisor requires access to sensitive financial records, salary information, or funding agreements.

Unpublished campaigns: When a freelance designer, writer, or social media manager is working on campaigns, appeals, or initiatives before their public launch.
